Dwellworks has undergone a significant digital transformation, evolving from a labor-intensive, paper-based manual inspection process for corporate housing into a streamlined, mobile-first ecosystem. By replacing physical paperwork with a modern cellphone-based interface, the company not only enhanced quality control for property suppliers but also leveraged a unified technical framework to overhaul their previously outdated Destination Services business app.
Also, to stand out from competitors, we launched a free city guide app (for all transferees) that provides corporate housing clients instant access to localized, expert insights. By strategically repurposing our existing destination services data, we created a powerful market differentiator with zero additional content management overhead.
This mobile application was developed for corporate housing suppliers to streamline pre-arrival inspections and establish a verified record of property conditions before guest check-in. By transitioning from a manual, paper-based inspection process to a mobile-first digital solution, we centralized property data into a secure database. This transformation allows both internal and external end-users (including suppliers and corporate clients) to access real-time property insights and historical records instantly.


Building upon the framework established by the pre-arrival inspection application, we scaled the platform to develop a comprehensive mobile solution for Destination Services. This expanded application empowers both internal Destination Services Consultants (DSCs) and the transferees themselves to efficiently document property conditions during critical transition phases, including move-in, move-out, and pre-move-out inspections. To support a global rollout, the application features an adaptable architecture configured to accommodate distinct compliance, language, and workflow variations across eight different countries.


To differentiate our offering from corporate housing competitors and elevate the guest experience, we developed a third application that provides travelers with extensive, locally curated city guides. Rather than building a separate content pipeline, we integrated the application directly with our existing Umbraco CMS - which already housed destination services content compiled by local experts. Centralizing this data eliminated redundant content management workflows and ensured that all corporate housing guests receive real-time, expert-vetted local insights throughout their stay.
